How It Works

The official wording matters: send your Merlies up in the sky — plural. A bounce is a squad maneuver, launching birds to ledges and canopy layers the climb cannot reach. Positioning the flock on the pad together is the skill.

Mushrooms are the game's friendly face of verticality: the bright, bouncy counterpart to the thorn-and-drop hazards the store text warns about. They turn "too high" into "one hop away" without a fight.
How to Use It
Reading a Bounce Route
- Spot the target ledge, then find the mushroom below it — the pairing is deliberate.
- Land, regroup, and climb onward; never leave a bird at the bottom of the route.
- Chain bounces with vine climbs when a single jump falls short.
